A boutique Personal Training Studio
At Rural Health & Fitness, we’re passionate about helping you achieve your health and wellness goals in our premium boutique personal training studio. We are based on a stunning 700-acre farm in the heart of the countryside. Ready to transform your life? We offer a range different services, including one to one training and small group personal training with likeminded members. If you’re a little wild we have our popular bootcamp sessions called Blast. Need to take it a little easier, come and join one of our mobility and joint health sessions in a Revive class or pilates session. Whatever you enjoy we deliver results and have fun in the process.
